Grain Pre-Cleaners and Cleaner Equipment

The Hercules™ cleaner is designed with three modules that work in harmony to deliver a thorough cleaning process for grains. The first module, located at the top, utilizes an aspiration chamber to eliminate light impurities such as dust, which may have come with the grains. The second module, equipped with a double screen, effectively eliminates small impurities, such as sand, seed, and other particles that are slightly smaller than the grains. The top screen removes large impurities such as sticks, straw, and stones. By combining the efforts of these three modules, the Hercules™ cleaner can efficiently clean all types of wet and dry grains.
